MICHAEL BLAINE GAGNON of King City passed away peacefully on December 17th, 2015 with his loving family at his side. He is deeply mourned by his children Jay Gagnon (Lindsey Gagnon) and Lori Gagnon (Andrew Briggs), and by his adoring Grand daughters Josephine Briggs and Masyn Gagnon. Beloved brother of the late Gerald Gagnon, Shirley Barbe (late Ernest), the late Harley (Monica), the late Carl (late Roberta) and Arlene Bellamy (Ken). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and life-long friends. Mike was a loving, kind and generous family man. He was a survivor and an inspiration to many others battling cancer. He will be sorely missed by all. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 2, 2016 @ 1pm at Thompson Funeral Home 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the King City Lions Club would be appreciated.
