Patricia Gail (nee Ham) Malfara

Peacefully passed away Friday October 4th, 2024 in the loving embrace of her husband. Devoted wife of Sam Malfara. Loving Mother of Shannon, Son-in-law Anthony and Son Jason. Cherished Nana of Samantha, Dominic and Hunter. Beloved Sister of Wayne and Sister-in-law Peggy. She will be deeply missed, remembered and forever loved as she looks down on us from above the clouds.
