Ronald Boisvert

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Ronald Boisvert on December 30, 2025, at the age of 82. He joined his parents, Léonel Boisvert and Valéda St-Aubin, as well as his brothers Gérard and André and his sister Micheline. He is survived by his wife, Toli Nesta, daughters Josée, Mélanie (Lionel) and Geneviève (Christian), mother-in-law Ileana, stepdaughter Lisa, stepson Michael, his eight adored grandchildren: Tristan, Samuel, Raphaëlle, Liya, Marco, Carmella, Milania and Fiona, his sister-in-law Carole Lynne, brother-in-law Michel, as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.

Ronald was a kind man and very generous to all those around him. Deeply spiritual, he had a positive outlook on life, and those who knew him will remember his sense of humour, jovial personality and big heart. After a career in teaching, he dedicated himself to helping and spending quality time with his family and friends, on camping trips, at cottages, ski vacations, travelling and many other activities.

The family will receive expressions of sympathy on January 2, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, Ontario, followed by a ceremony on January 3rd at 10 a.m. at the same location. Refreshments will be served after the ceremony.

C’est avec tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de M. Ronald Boisvert le 30 décembre 2025 à l’âge de 82 ans. Il est allé rejoindre ses parents, Léonel Boisvert et Valéda St-Aubin, ainsi que ses frères Gérard et André et sa sœur Micheline. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Toli Nesta, ses filles, Josée, Mélanie (Lionel) et Geneviève (Christian), sa belle-mère Ileana, sa belle-fille Lisa, son beau-fils Michael, ses huit petits-enfants adorés : Tristan, Samuel, Raphaëlle, Liya, Marco, Carmella, Milania et Fiona, sa belle-soeur Carole Lynne, son beau-frère Michel, ainsi que de nombreux cousins, neveux et nièces, autres parents et amis.

Ronald était un homme bon et d'une grande générosité pour tous ceux qui l'entouraient. Profondément spirituel, il posait un regard positif sur la vie, et tous ceux qui l'ont connu se souviendront de son sens de l'humour, de sa personnalité joviale et de son grand cœur. Après avoir fait carrière dans l'enseignement, il s'est consacré à aider ses proches et amis et à passer de bons moments avec eux, au camping, au chalet, aux vacances de ski et lors de voyages et autres activités.

La famille recevra les témoignages de sympathie le 2 janvier 2026, de 17 h à 20 h, au salon Thompson Funeral Home, au 530, Industrial Parkway South, à Aurora, en Ontario, suivis d'une cérémonie le 3 janvier, à 10 h, au même endroit. Un goûter sera servi après la cérémonie.
