Just received the news of Trevor's passing and I want to extend my deepest sympathy.  While I have never met you all or seen him since high school, Trev and I played rep hockey together for Aurora back when we still wore the purple and gold proudly. Together, we won two provincial championships. Reading this obituary strikes a cord for me as I share his passion for our kids hockey now. Spencer and Jack, please know that your dad was a heart and soul defenceman who competed hard. He won the respect of all his team mates for a lifetime. I pray for peace for you all!

Though we have never met - we knew Trevor well.  Fred went to high school with Trevor and we called on him to renovate our house in Toronto.  Trevor spent the better part of a year here - arriving every morning with a smile on his face singing the Mini-Wheats song to my kids while they were eating breakfast.  A wonderful man in every way.
