It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Vaino Jalmari Pitkanen, at the age of 92, on Monday, December 21, 2020.
Beloved husband of Nelma, loving father of Pirjo (Mike) and Laila (Steve). Cherished grandfather of Julie Cardoso. Vaino is survived by his siblings, Raimo of Newmarket and Paavo of Finland.
Due to the current pandemic and limitations on attendees, a private family remembrance will be held.
