Having lived a full and active life, Vit Slama passed away suddenly on Monday, December 14, 2015 of a heart attack at the age of 62. He was a beloved husband of 40 years to Jarmila, loving father to Jarmila and Daniela and devoted grandfather to Nolan, Mya, Linden, Ryan and Arjen, loved father-in-law to Kevin Mol and Chris Hollander. He was well loved and will be greatly missed.
