Angie was born May 16, 1967 in Murphysboro, Illinois to Victor Gallagher, Jr. and Pamela (Celania) Gallagher. She grew up in Evansville, Indiana, graduated from Mater Dei High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Angie enjoyed great success in sales and business development roles in the semiconductor processor and electronic components industry, progressing through positions of increasing responsibility through her career including Global Account Manager. Most recently, Angie was employed at Broadcom Limited.
Angie is survived by her husband of 31 years, William VanDyke, and her three sons Justin, Lucas, and Jonathon. She is also survived by her parents, her sister Deanna and brother-in -law Thomas, and her brother Victor and sister-in-law Amy, all of Austin, Texas.
Angie’s proudest accomplishments were her children, her work, and the many rescue animals she befriended that became loved family pets. Angie will be missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date when gatherings are appropriate.
