Antonio “Tony” Fitzgerald Craig Jr. was born on January 27, 1989, to Lesley Washington and Antonio Craig Sr. in San Antonio Texas. Tony attended Rick Hawkins High School and the George Gervin Academy. He found that he was highly competitive as he enjoyed a wide variety of sports from basketball to football. As with many growing young men, Tony had a ferocious appetite that left most in amazement.
Tony loved his family and was especially passionate about his mother and held a special bond with his father. All of his children held a special place in his heart. Tony took great pride in being a big brother to his very own twin brothers. Although Tony had a very serious side to his personality, it wasn’t uncommon to pick him out of a room full of people by his unmistakably obnoxious laugh. He was that kind of goofy. But it was the kind of laughter that lit up the whole room.
Tony was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Lee Bryant; paternal grandfather, Joe Craig; and one great uncle, Derrick Middleton
Tony’s life will forever be cherished by his mother, Lesley Washington and father Antonio Fitzgerald Craig Sr. both of San Antonio Texas; grandmother, Brenda Craig of Denver Colorado; great-grandmother, Lillie Middleton of Austin, Texas; brothers, Terell Andre’ Walker (Jennifer) of San Antonio, Texas, Tyrone Anthony Walker (Special friend Melina Hale) of Austin Texas, Tevin Marquis Craig (Ann) of Houston Texas; children of San Antonio, Texas, Taniya Nicole Craig, Trease Nashay Craig, Antonio Fitzgerald Craig III, An’Tayvion Tymitri Craig, Antwan Trey’Anthony Craig, A’Zari Brady, Teyanni Craig; uncles, Robert Lynn Middleton (Tamil), Raymond Davis Jr. (Tonya) of Austin, Texas, and Marshall Craig of San Antonio; aunts, Timmeyon Thomas of Austin Texas, and Marlene Taylor Fort Worth, Texas, and a host of loving relatives and friends.
