Aurora Ramirez Garcia Our beloved mother and grandmother, Aurora Ramirez Garcia, age 80, of Austin, left us to be with our lord on Saturday, May 28, 2005. She was born April 12, 1925 in Tynan, TX, to Francisco and Antonia Ramirez. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Federico, Jose, Jesus, David, Ovidio, and Betito Ramirez; and sisters, Elisa Deleon and Francisca Rendon. Aurora is survived by her children, Arturo Garcia and wife Alicia, of Austin, Ruben Garcia and wife Irene, of Reno, NV, Ella Anguiano and husband Ernest, of Austin, John Garcia and wife Daysi, of Austin, Linda McAnally and husband Scott, of Austin, Debbie Mitchell and husband Rick, of Liberty Hill; her precious grandchildren, Arturo Jr. and Nicole Garcia; Ben Garcia, Amy Ruedas and her husband Dirk, and Chris Hernandez; Carlo, Sara, and David Anguiano; Sergio, and Elysa Garcia, Jeremy Delgado, and Anna Bessie; Ricky Jr., Crystal, and Mark Mitchell; great grandchildren, Aston, Bryanna, Quenton, Lorenzo, and Nicodemus. Also surviving Aurora, are her former husband, Juan G. Garcia; sisters, Eva Perez and Trinidad Espinoza; and a wonderful extended family and many friends. The family extends a special note of thanks to the caring staff at Heritage Duval Gardens Nursing Facility and to Hospice of Austin for their compassion and support to Aurora and her family during the last months of our mother’s final journey on earth. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 2, 2005 at San Jose Catholic Church with Father Tom Frank officiating.
