He is preceded in death by his wife Jelma Marjorie "Margie" Stark; and father and mother Jake Stark and Mary Lee Smith.
Bill is survived by sons Billy Q. Stark and wife Jewel and Daniel J. Stark; daughter Pamela Mays; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 8:00am to 10:00am on Saturday April 1, 2017 with services beginning at 10:00am in the Chapel at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Ave. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Austin.
