Brendan David Jensen, a beloved son, brother, nephew, grandson and friend to all, returned to his Father in Heaven on April 6, 2023, in Austin, Texas. He was born to his parents Christian and Colleen Jensen, on January 28, 1993 in San Diego, California.
Brendan is survived by his mother, Colleen; step-father, Justin; brother, Christian; sister, Rachel; three grandparents, Joy Jensen, Maureen and Michael Cronin; a niece, Jewel Jensen; many loving cousins, aunts and uncles, and his faithful dog, Derwin. Brendan was preceded in death by his father, Christian, in April 2014.
Brendan had a special bond with his father and took after him in many ways. From his love for music to his quick-witted humor, the resemblance was uncanny. He now joins him in eternal peace.
Brendan was an avid fan of the Los Angeles Lakers and Chargers, every day representing his teams in a jersey or ball cap. He loved his dog, Derwin, like a son and cared for him with all he had.
Brendan might’ve appeared intimidating on the outside, but to know Brendan was to know his massive heart. The people he loved were met with the highest admiration and empathy a person could receive.
Brendan was an exceptional young man whose incredible kindness, selflessness, and love for others will be forever felt by his family and friends who love him dearly. We will always love and miss you until we meet again.
