

93, Austin, Texas, formerly of Johnstown and Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, Waco and Round Rock, Texas, passed away Feb. 4, 2015, at North Austin Medical Center.
Born December 29, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of Roy and Anna (Klaum) Brendlinger, Kit was preceded in death by her parents, five siblings, and husband, Harold A. Hall Sr. She is survived by sister Jane Frambach of Johnstown and brother Harry Brendlinger of Santa Barbara, California; children Harold A. Hall Jr. of Austin and Karen A. Lambert of Cedar Park; grandsons Bill W. Quickel of Mt. Joy, Michael Lambert of Leander, and Zach Lambert of Round Rock; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Kit was a member of Christ United Methodist Church (previously Christ E.U.B.), Johnstown, until the family moved to Mt. Joy in 1962. Most recently, until her death, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Austin. In between, Kit was a member of, and active in, either a Methodist or a Baptist church in each of the communities in which she lived. All told, until her health declined, Kit taught Sunday school or Bible Class off and on for nearly forty years.
Interment is in Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown, beside Harold, Kit’s husband from the time he was drafted into WW II until his death in 1975.
A memorial service at Kit’s church in Austin will be planned for a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kit’s memory to First Presbyterian Church, Austin, or Central Baptist Church, Round Rock; American Bible Society or World Vision; or a charity of your choice.
