Charles “Chuck” Crouch, 58, of San Antonio, Texas passed away quietly in his home on Monday, February 26, 2018. Chuck was born October 9, 1959 in Dixon, Illinois to the late William Franklin Crouch (father), Joyce Arlene Livingston (mother), and Claude Livingston (grandfather).
After attending school in Polo, Illinois, Chuck started his career traveling with a carnival service where he met his former spouse Debra Elizabeth Frey.
