Emil had many friends and family who will miss him. If there was someone in need, he did his best to help them out. Those who met Emil, never forgot his smile and helping listener. I am reminded daily of how precious that day was when we found each other. I found a loving companion to share life’s joys and sorrows, and whose company was always a comfort. When we found each other, we knew we had found the love we had dreamed of. You stood beside me, walked with me throughout our life together. I will miss you, my sweet Emil.

Emil Louis Balusek, age 78, of Austin, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021. Emil was born January 13, 1943.
A visitation for Emil will be held Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, TX 78750, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
