Evangelina is survived by her son Pilar Moreno (Lisa) and daughter Linda Villegas (Tito), Sisters: Micaela Lopez of Austin, brother Larry Ortiz of Houston, grandchildren: Katrina Alberts, Austin Moreno, John Doyle Moreno, Crystal Moreno, P. J. Moreno, and many great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
Evangelina was preceded in death by her husband John Moreno Jr., son Alfred Moreno, her parents Sotera and Miguel Ortiz, brother Mike Ortiz, sisters; Delfina Velasquez, Rosa Alba, Ciprianna Salas, and Marcela Barrera.
Funeral services will be conducted at one o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 31st of October 2013, in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.
