Faye was born September 10th, 1914 in Normangee, Texas to Radlif Hampton and Della Dora Anderson. She had a hard but love filled youth, growing up on cotton farms her father farmed in north and east Texas. She was the last surviving sibling of her family and is preceded in death by her parents and her five brothers and one sister. She is from a long line of Andersons and Bledsoes dating back well over 150 years.
After marriage she lived for many years in Los Angeles California, then Las Vegas Nevada before retiring to Austin, Texas in 1984.
She is survived by her three children; Jan Anderson, Randy Hudgins, Gina Harlow and husband Michael, five grandchildren; Anthony Hudgins, Jeri Cardwell, Michael Gerke, Adam Harlow, and Elise Harlow, plus three great grandchildren; Nick, Victoria and Luke, and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Faye had a huge and loving heart and a lively sense of humor, even in her late years. She survived adversities and was strong and able well into her ninties. Family was everything to her and she gave selflessly to them all her years. She loved the Lord and her family is at peace that she is with Him now.
There will be a graveside service for Faye on Monday, February 24th at 11:00 a.m. at Austin Memorial Park in Austin, TX.
