Frankie enjoyed the outdoors. His passion was fishing, camping, organizing family reunions/benefits, and attending concerts with his friends and family.
He was a good listener and an avid conversationalist. Frankie was blessed with genuine goodness and warmth that was felt by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny G. Gatica, Sr., and Frances S. Gatica; brothers, Johnny S. Gatica, Jr., Andrew S. Gatica; nephews, John Albert Rios, Joe Adam (Joey) Gatica; niece, Evelyn Michelle Rios.
Frankie is survived by brothers and sisters, Gloria Rios, Jesse S. Gatica, Sr. (Sandra), Joe S. Gatica (Lucinda), Arthur S. Gatica, Sr., Mary S. Gatica, Alice De Leon (Marcus De Leon, Jr.), Edward S. Gatica, Sr., Terri Gatica; many nephews and nieces.
Visitation 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress with Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm at Weed-Corley-Fish 2620 South Congress Avenue.
