Gail was born in Sherman, Texas to Geneva Pearl McCraine and Thomas R. McCraine Sr.
Gail worked as a paralegal for more than 30 years while raising her children and being a devoted wife to her husband Joe.
Gail was preceded in death by both parents, her husband Joe Nelms, and her brother Thomas McCraine, Jr.
She is survived by her children Tyfani Nelms, Heather Noble, Jeff Nelms, daughter-in-law Allison Bryant and son-in-law Keith Noble. She has nine grandchildren: Alece, Bryce, Ava, Blake, Penelope, Parker, Greyson, Ethan and Olive.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life to be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Sale Barn Cowboy Church in Wichita Falls, Texas.
