She is preceded in death by her husband Rick Cano, her father Alexander T. Ojeda Sr., her sister Priscilla Ojeda and step-father Anastacio Medina Sr., her brother-in-law Alfred Rangel, sister-in-law Debra Rendon, among other relatives who she loved and missed dearly. She is survived by her son Richard Gonzales Jr., her mother Janie H. Medina, her sister Dorothy Rangel, her brothers Alex Ojeda Jr, Joe Angel Ojeda Sr., sister-in-law Suzi Ojeda and John Albert Ojeda, her uncle Wallace Herrera Sr., and her aunt Dora Herrera. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
As we remembered Geneva with her career as a Phlebotomist for 15 years. She loved coking for family and she would babysit all her nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.
Serving as Honorary Pallbearer will be her only child, Richard Gonzales Jr. Serving as Active Pallbearers will be her nephews; Andrew Herrera, Andre Ojeda, Alex Ojeda III, Joe Angel Ojeda Jr., Christopher Ojeda, and Richard Vallejo Jr.
