Grace Snyder

Grace Mitchell Snyder, passed away on June 15, 2010 in Austin, Texas. Grace was born on January 4, 1924 in Hearne, Texas to J.D. Mitchell and Byrdie Lula Bennatt Mitchell. Grace was a member of Crestview United Methodist Church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Surviving Grace are her daughters, Marjean Snyder Mallard (John) of Centerville,Tx, and Emily Snyder Thomas of Austin; son, Drew Snyder (Debbie) of Amarillo; grandchildren, Joel Mallard(Stacy), Emily Mallard Dorris(Mike), Janet Parsons(Darren Harrell), Ann Parsons, Bob Snyder (Jamie), Mike Sndyer(D’arcy), Matthew Snyder; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Allison Mallard, Jack and Cassie Dorris, Grace Harrell, and Korah and Kaston Snyder; and a host of nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Crestview United Methodist Church 1300 Morrow, Austin, Texas 78757. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 6:00-8:00pm, at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N.Lamar Blvd, Austin. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 10:00am, at the funeral home. Graveside Services will follow at 2:30pm at Norwood Cemetery, Hearne,Texas.
