Harriet E. Davis October 15, 1919 ~ September 3, 2009 Harriet passed away on September 3, 2009. She was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. She attended Albion College, in Albion, Michigan. She met Glen while in high school and, when he finished college, they left for Tulsa, Oklahoma where Glen had a job with Shell Oil. They were married on the way in Defiance, Ohio. Harriet later obtained a degree in Library Science from The University of Tulsa. Their two children were raised and grew up in Oklahoma. In 1969 Harriet and Glen moved to Midland, Texas and later to Corpus Christi. In 1987 they moved to Lakeway where they were active in the Lakeway community. In 1997 their two children relocated to Lakeway from the East Coast. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2009 in the Memorial Gardens at Lakeway Church, 2203 Lakeway Blvd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association, Phone: 1-800-242-8721, internet: www.americanheart.org.
