Jack Alston died peacefully at the age of 55 on March 25, 2008, in Austin, Texas. Jack was born on May 20, 1952, in San Marcos, Texas, the second of three children. Jack is survived by his wife, Suzanne, daughters, Vivian and Annalee, of the home, his son, Joel, of Stephenville, Texas, his daughter, Amy, of Shreveport, Louisiana, and seven grandchildren. He is also survived by his parents, Al and Wanda Alston and his sisters, Johnnie Anne Lancaster and Susan Cole. Jack was a charismatic, fun loving man who was always the life of the party. He will be missed by many family members and loved ones. Services will be held in the Smith Chapel at Riverbend Church on Saturday, March 29, 2008, at 1:00 p.m.
