JoAnn “Jody” Barron, 76, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Sunday, September 4, 2022. She is now resting with her husband as she had desired for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband Santiago “Jimmie” Barron, Parents Oscar and Tomasa and numerous siblings/loved ones.
She is survived by her children Michael P. Barron and his wife Amanda, Jimmie “Gogi” Barron and his wife Cheryl, Kathy “Kata” Barron,Cruz Baiza and her husband Renee. Eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren all of whom she loved deeply and equally. Her sister Jesusa Martinez and numerous nephews and nieces.
She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, shopping and especially traveling. She also enjoyed the company of her wonderful friends. Friendship was truly important to her.
