John Joseph Anderson, 66, of Austin, TX, lost his fight with Lou Gehrig's disease on December 3rd, 2012. John was born in St. Louis, MO on May 23rd, 1946. After serving his country in The United States Air Force, he fulfilled his passion for computers and electronics as a Technical Engineer at Datum Engineers, Inc.
John is survived by his wife, Bonnie Eitze Anderson; his children, Cathy Jones and spouse Ernie, Joy Anderson, Don Parks and Kimberly Brown and spouse Matt; his grandchildren, Dustin, Meagan and spouse Brittany, Cody, Cade, Kinley and Brody; his 4 sisters, Ginny Fergus, Barb Mieser, Pat Flamion, Joan Bonney, along with their spouses and children; and extensive family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on December 6th, 2012 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on December 7th, 2012 a Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel with Pastor Larry Caldwell of Mt. Zion Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca, TX. .
