She lived most of her life in Oak Hill, Texas. She was a talented
designer/seamstress working at Mullins Square for 25 years. She also enjoyed sewing for the people she loved.
Joyce was married to Frederick Banks Biddle, Jr. for 39 years who preceded her in death in 1999 at the age of 61.
She was survived by her six children, Debbie Cool of Painesville, OH; Vicki Calvin of North Lima, OH; Chuck White of Lockhart, TX; Frederick B. Biddle III of Tuscola, TX; Dan Biddle of Austin, TX; Lisa Fried of Dripping Springs, TX. She was a loving Grandmother of 13 and Great Grandmother of 4.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. followed by funeral services in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home on Thursday, December 23, 2010. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
