Keith Wyborny was born Dec. 15, 1950. He died May 31, 2011 after a courageous battle with leukemia. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, Keith worked for the University of Texas – Austin, Applied Research Laboratory in the Satellite Geophysics Division for over 20 years.
His professional life took him across the globe, some of the more interesting destinations included Antarctica, China, Bahrain and his favorites Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain. Through his travels, as well as close to home, he made many friends. Keith was a treasured friend, a beloved husband, son, brother and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ken Wyborny. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Erin; his mother Edna; brothers Wendell and Ron; as well as a niece, four nephews, and five great nieces and nephews.
Keith’s life will be celebrated Friday, June 10 at 4:00 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home Lakeway.
