He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Joanna Louise (Griffanti) Parsons; his children, Maria C. Remington and husband, David of Austin, Deanna L. Parker of Buda, Kendale L. Parsons-Green of Kerrville; siblings, Joe W. Parsons of Dripping Springs, Marla K. Austin of Dripping Springs, Jon M. Parsons and wife, Bobbie of Amarillo and Kim D. Whitehead of Dripping Springs; and his grandchildren, Colton R. Remington, Brandon W. Remington, both of Austin, Kaden J. Green of Kerrville, and Declan G. Parker of Buda.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home Chapel.
