Kevin Randall Keith, almost 19, of Austin, passed away peacefully at home early Wednesday morning. His lifelong struggle with Hunter's Syndrome (MPS 2) was an inspiration to many, and he had battled through several close calls this year with a fighting spirit until succumbing to the progress of his disease. He was deeply loved by many for his sweet nature, easy laugh, affectionate personality and simple desires.
Kevin is survived by his parents, Paul and Nga Keith of Austin; two sisters, Erin Keith of Addison, TX and Allison Keith of Austin; his grandfather, Robert Keith of Austin; grandparents Phap Tran and Doan Do of Austin; six uncles and three aunts, and 20 first cousins.
A visitation will be held this Friday evening, October 28th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N. Lamar, and Kevin's funeral service will take place at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church, 7127 Bee Caves Road, at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29th. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Park, 2800 Hancock Drive.
