Susan and Dan,     Its been so long since seeing any of you, but my heart goes out to you just the same. He was my best friend and brother, we spent more days at each others houses when we were little than I could count, I've never had such a good time in my life. I came to this website to see if any other signatures were in our sons guestbook and saw your sons write up.  I don't know you or him but I feel for you and can relate to what you are feeling.. the pain is unbearable at times but in time it does become tolerable and you learn to cope with the loss but you never get over it - you learn a whole new life from here on.. I just felt I had to write and let you know you are not alone and Im sorry for your loss.  God has his reasons which at times like this we can't quite understand but I know one day when its our turn, we will fully understand and see how perfect it was.. until then, we continue on this earth until our time.  Im sure he has joined our son in Heaven to become one of his powerful angels to look down upon this earth and help as many lost souls as they can. Dear Dan and Susan - There are no words to express our sorrow at the loss of Kyle. We did not know him well, but he was a guest at our home many times, as he was a friend of our daughter Patricia. She knew him from the SRJC and they were not only friends, they actually (I swear this is true)studied together. They had Botany and Astronomy together, and it was a great incentive for Patricia to study if Kyle was participating. He was a kind and generous young man with beautiful manners, an ease and obvious joy in life, who treated Patricia very well during a rough period in her own life. We are grateful to have known him, and particularly for his gentle care of our daughter.Our hearts ache for you. Dear Susan and Dan,    Kyle blessed our family with his joy.  He made a difference in our lives and we are better people for having known him.  Thank you for raising such a wonderful boy, for sharing him with us, and for your hospitality and generosity to our Ryan.



Little cousin,    I miss your hugs, your fantastic smile, your contagious enthusiasm for our family events. You definitely took over, quite naturally, for your dad as you have his wonderful personality and then some...and you always make your mom so proud!  Remember when we went over the falls together when we were tubin' on the Frio River? Scared us both but it was fun! And what about all the reunions? They won't be the same here without you. But I believe that we will all have a BIG reunion in Heaven as we arrive there one by one in God's time. Like Thomas said, I'll see ya when I see ya.    Love ya, man!



Dan and Susan,      We are heart broken over your terrible loss. Our thoughts are with you both.



Kyle was in my Environmental Conservation class at SRJC.  Even though there were 70 students in that class, Kyle stood out amongst his peers.  Perhaps it was his smile, or his bright eyes, or joyful energy, or all of these characteristic combined that I remember clearly.  I knew when I met Kyle that he was a loved son of very beautiful people; that was clear in his personality.  I will always remember Kyle in my group of many!  May he rest in peace!



I did not know Kyle all that well. He was a very special friend to my daughter. Patricia (Tricia). They attended SRJC together for a semester and became very close friends. She has now returned to UC Santa Cruz. He had dinner with us on one occasion and visited our home several other times. Both my wife and I were very saddened when we learned of Kyle's death. He was a very special boy/man who we loved and respected as our daughter's special friend. We want to express our deapest sympathies to his family. I hope his light will help you thru this. He loved to live, kept a congenial dispostion, and strengthened everyone around him through his own strength. I'd say I miss ya, but your not gone.
