Mary Lois Schwartz Cox Lee, age 87, of Austin, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 21 2008. She was born on September 25, 1920 to Otto and Lillie Schwartz. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bonnie Lee (B.L.) Cox; siblings, Albert Schwartz, Arnold Schwartz, Elmer Schwartz, Douglas Schwartz, Maude Bauerle. She was a member of the Baptist church. Lois worked for State Board of Cosmetology and Texas Commission of Law Enforcement Standard and Education. Lois is survived by her husband, Harold Lee; sons, Edgar Cox and wife Pat, Sam Cox and wife Judy; step-daughters, Ruby Barnett and husband Jerry, Tish Marsh and husband Tom; grandchildren, Dwayne Cox and wife Patti, Shane Cox and wife LeaAnn, Shana Ritchie and husband Kent, John David Cox and wife Beth, John Edgar Cox and wife Angie Theresa Cox; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Live Oak Cemetery.
