Lucia is survived by her husband, Apolinar Tovar; sons, Sylvester Tovar, Adam Tovar, Paul Tovar, Abel Tovar; daughters, Gilberta Tovar, Sonia Tovar; fifteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Angel Soto.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress.
Funeral Service 10:00 am on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
