Mary was a woman of many talents and interests, enjoying stenciling, knitting, gardening, reading, and playing bridge and other games with family and friends. She was an excellent cook who generously shared her talents, often preparing meals for her friends and loved ones.
Mary cherished her family above all else and especially loved her grandchildren, faithfully attending their school and extracurricular events. She delighted in spending time with them, and they will fondly remember her loving indulgences, including the occasional ice cream for breakfast. Known for her warm and playful spirit, she had a wonderful sense of humor and brought laughter to all who knew her. Mary treasured any opportunity to spend time with those she loved.
Mary and Ron retired together in 1992, and in 2006 they moved to Cedar Park, Texas, to be near their grandchildren as they grew through elementary and high school into young adults. Mary was an active and devoted member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, where her faith and community were an important part of her life, attending Bible study and social groups. Mary will be remembered for her unwavering faith, generous spirit, joyful sense of humor, and deep love for her family and friends.
