Mary Jane Everett

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bob, their two sons: Bart Everett and wife Leigh Ann of Wonder Lake, Illinois; Brad Everett and wife Heather of Round Rock, Texas; four grandsons; Andrew & Patrick; Cooper & Cameron.

Mary Jane grew up in Austin and graduated from Austin High School in 1956. Soon after, she began studies at Southwest Texas State when she met the man that would change the course of her life. Bob and Mary Jane were inseparable and married in 1957 at Tarrytown Baptist Church.

That was only the beginning of the adventures they would have. The two travelled frequently around the southwest and beyond. They had encounters with wildlife, nature, and met some interesting characters along the way. The one thing that was constant was their love for each other and the willingness to support each other no matter what.

Services will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 2:00 at Cook Walden Chapel of the Hills. The chapel is located at 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, Texas 78750.
