Mary Beth McMillon

Born, February 6, 1949, Mary Beth McMillon passed away Saturday evening, May 13, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Steve McMillon, her sons, Jason Ryan McMillon, 28, Alexander Rankin McMillon, 22, and her daughter, Lindsay Grant McMillon, 27. Mary Beth is also survived by hundreds of friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Bunko night with the girls was always a special event to which she looked forward. She was constantly doing things for others. The planning of holidays and events for her family and friends resulted in a very special treat for everyone involved. She was very talented at entertaining, cooking, decorating, and celebrating life. She touched everyone’s life that she ever met in a very special way. We will all miss her dearly. Mary Beth was active in the Women’s Symphony League, Austin Women’s Junior Forum, and the Women’s Art Guild. She was a member of the Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church. She was a registered nurse for over 30 years giving her time and talents to help others in need and was employed at Austin Surgical Hospital. She was a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral services will be celebrated at the Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church, 7127 Bee Caves Rd, at 12:00 noon Tuesday, May 16, 2006.
