
Mary Fraser Townsend Mary Fraser Townsend, 87, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2004 at her home in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born in Cuero, Texas on March 27, 1916 to the late Louis S. and Marion Baker Fraser. She worked in the Austin, Texas Public Schools for 20 years as a librarian. Her hobbies included reading, bridge and she loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard W. Townsend, Sr., her brother-in-law, Leslie Townsend and son-in-law, Don Barrett. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer T. Barrett; son, Howard W. Townsend, Jr.; grandson, Douglas C. Phillips; sisters, Jamie Delaney and Alice Johnson; sister-in-law, Helen Townsend. The family would like to express their heart felt thanks to Corine Wood for her years of loving care to our Mom. Visitation will be from 6:00 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home (512) 452-8811. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Austin, Texas. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., at Masonic Cemetery in Weimer, Texas.
