Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, two brothers, and husband R.D.
She is survived by her sons Randy and Kim, grandsons Erik and Adam (wife AnaLia), great grandsons Kaya, three daughter-in-laws Jan, Kathe, and Sherry, family friend Patty, Brother and sister-in-laws, and several nieces and nephews.
Mildred was retired from the Texas Press Association after 50 years.
Mildred loved to travel to Europe and go on many cruises, and her favorite was traveling to Hawaii, which she visited many times.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 21, 2015, in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
