Mira! I am so sorry to learn of Noe's passing some 5 years ago. Pobrecito. I remember Noe from when I worked at TxDOT. He worked in the basement of Bldg 10 of Camp Hubbard, with Frank and Lois. Wow! Such vivid good memories. I will always remember Noe as a very caring and respectful man, with such a huge heart, and wore his heart on his sleeve, and would give anyone his shirt off his back, if someone needed his help. I was working with Noe, alongside Sabrina, and it was always fun to venture down into the basement, to make sure Noe and the rest of the gang down and under, were OK. I hold the memories of Noe with much admiration and fondness. May Noe's family and friends, alike, be comforted by all the good memories made with this awesome man. Gone but not forgotten. We will always love you, Noe! Thank you for gracing us with your presence, brother. Resting in eternal peace, until we all meet with you again.

Rachel so sorry to hear about Noe! He was a very loving caring husband & Michael & Roger your dad loved & cared for yall so much! It is very had to say goodbye!
