Pat Matthews Fowler

Pat Matthews Fowler was born in Austin, TX in 1938 to Joe Frank Fowler and Liddie B. Turner. He was the youngest of 3 children. Pat attended high school in Austin, TX, going on to enlist in the United States Air Force at the age of 16.

Pat was a devoted father to Leona Marie Witt-Manning, husband Steve. Lydia Gayle Fowler, Patricia Carol Freeland, husband Ron. Joe Felix Fowler, wife Sandy, James Scott Fowler, wife Elaine.

He always said that their births changed his life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support he provided.

Pat took special joy taking his kids camping, hunting, fishing and trips to the coast making many lasting memories. He was an avid motorcycle rider and enjoyed his rides along many open highways and backroads.

Pat was preceded in death by his wife Lynn, his daughter Carla, his granddaughter Catie and grandson Travis. Pat is survived by his 5 children and his grandchildren Amanda, Lizzy, Abby, Jenny, Daniel, John, Nathan, Misty, Billy, Casey, Tina, Joe Jr., Jessica, Candice, Matthew, and Lauren, He also had many nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren who will never forget the love and generosity he brought to their lives.
