

Pearl was born November 21, 1913, in Palmyra Township, Lee County Illinois, the daughter of Leander and Fannie Ebersole LeFevre. She married Robert Harvey Fulmer on August 10, 1935. He preceded her in death on October 24, 1992. For many years they together operated Fulmer’s Book Store in downtown Dixon. Pearl was an active member of Bethel Evangelical Congregational Church and later the First Baptist Church in Dixon. In 1995, Pearl moved to Texas to be closer to her family.
She is survived by her son, Robert Lee Fulmer and wife, Judy; grandchildren, Deborah Myers (Tim) of Austin, TX; David Fulmer (Tiffany) of Port St. Lucie, FL; Deanna Lowenstein (Steve) of Houston, TX and Daniel Fulmer (Traci) of Temple, TX; and ten great-grandchildren.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, eight sisters and her husband Robert. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with a funeral service of celebration of her life following at 11:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden\Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Monday, September 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Dixon, Illinois.
A memorial has been established for the Generation to Generation Fund, Hope Presbyterian Church, 11512 Olson Drive, Austin, TX, 78750.
