Pearl E. Lewallen

She retired from University of Texas at Austin switch board, after almost 19 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sidney Lewallen.

She is survived by her brother, Travis T. Lee of Austin, her daughter and son-in-law Sylvia and Charles Axelson, of Austin, sons, Kenneth Steven Lewallen of Knoxville, TN, and David Ronald Lewallen of Austin and 2 grandchildren Joshua S. and Jeremiah J. Lewallen, and many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening, on Thursday, the 8th of May 2014, at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.

Pearl was a faithful member of Trinity Baptist Church since 1960. Her funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 in the morning on Friday, the 9th of May 2014, at Trinity Baptist Church, 2305 Forbes Drive, Austin, Texas, with Rev. David Burkholder officiating. Interment will follow in Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, Texas.
