Phyllis LaTouf Flowers, age 66 of Austin passed away on November 12, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Grace LaTouf. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Anthony Flowers; daughter, Belinda Moore; brothers, Patrick LaTouf Jr., Michael LaTouf. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Weed-Corley-Fish South, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Interment will follow at Forest Oaks Cemetery.
