Randy married the love of his life, Melinda on June 19, 1999 in Austin, Texas.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting. He never met a stranger and was a dedicated and avid Texas Longhorn fan. Randy loved his family and will be remembered as a “Big Cowboy.”
He enjoyed riding in Melinda’s Volkswagen convertible and his pick-up truck. Randy was proud to be a IBEW brother and was part of Austin Local 520.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Harold Edwards and his favorite dog, Randimae.
He is survived by his wife, Melinda; his mother, Shirley Edwards; brothers, Mark Edwards and Kevin Edwards; and sister, Alysha Ellington.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Community Life Forney Campus, located at 204 FM 1641 in Forney, Texas.
