Raymond L. Hitchcock, age 81, of Austin, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2003. He was preceded in death by both parents and a brother, Scott R. Hitchcock. He is survived by his wife, Bonita Hitchcock; son, Raymond O. Hitchcock; daughter, Patricia Brownson and her husband Bates; granddaughters, LaNeille Atwill and Kimberley Hitchcock; brother, S.W. Hitchcock; sisters, Pearl Wingfield, Lois Shugart, and Mary Boultinghouse; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2003 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home with Reverend James Shugart and Reverend Walter Kruse officiating.
