

Richard J. Howe A loving father, brother and friend, Richard Howe died Thursday, October 9, 2003. He was born to Emora Francis Howe and Dora Ann Davis in Grand Tower, Missouri on April 3, 1914. Richard retired from the City of Las Vegas, Nevada and lived the last twenty-five years in Austin, Texas. He is survived by a sister, Virginia Rutledge of St. Louis, Missouri, three daughters; Beth Meyer and husband Roger of Roswell, Georgia, Shirley Healy and husband Ed of Tampa, Florida and Janet Nogle and husband Dave of Las Vegas, Nevada; nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He also leaves behind Virginia Lacouture, his beloved friend of thirty-one years. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 7:00 p.m., Sunday, October 12th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 13th at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel with the Reverend Greg Rickel of St. James Episcopal Church presiding.
