Richard was a longtime employee for the City of Austin Water Department. He loved fishing, hunting, The Solar System, and his dogs. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and a true, loyal friend.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carol Alba; and nephew, Travis Greenwood.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved sister, Jane Greenwood; nephews, Lil Jesse Alba and Edward Urias; niece, Megan Alba; and numerous other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Faith Baptist Church, 2613 Jones Road with Brother Jim Evans officiating.
