Richard graduated from Crockett high school and continued to Southwest Texas University, where he obtained his degree in education. Richard was employed by the San Antonio Independent School District; he retired after 20 years. Richard’s hobbies included golfing and bowling.
A graveside service for Richard will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Teck Cemetery, 2600 R. R. 620, Austin, Texas 78734.
