
 To all the family of our Aunt Rosi,

         I only have good memories of Aunt Rosi,       She was a very giving and generous person , not to mention how beautiful I always thought she was.   I know she will be missed by all those who knew her.   I too, remember her stories after  coming over here from Germany with  Uncle Carl.  Also, meeting Heinz at  that time.   I loved hearing her talk with that wonderful accent.  
        I know you all must be happy that she led a very good life full of love and goodness.   We were all happy she met someone she could share her life with   years after Uncle Carl had passed.   Thanks,  Clive, for taking such good care of her.

I always remember Aunt Rosi because her and Uncle Carl graciously opened their home to us when we moved to Texas.  She was a great cook and always loving and very hospitable.  I used to get a kick out of how she'd always go shopping and keep looking the same stuff over and over and over until the price was low enough she finally decided to buy it.  It's been many years since I saw her and the family.....she'll be missed.



I only got to meet aunt rosie once but she showed us what west texas was like and gave me tex-mex for the first time. To a wonderful life of 91 years.

    Our condolences to all of you during this time.

    We have many happy memories of Aunt Rosi and are sad to know that she has passed away.   

        One memory I have is of Uncle Carl introducing all of us to Aunt Rosi and Heinz when he brought them to Grandma Gaylord's house for the first time. This was very exciting for us.  Later on I remember her telling the story about how she had to hold Heinz up high as she waded through the high water during the war.  She must have gone through a lot with a small baby.  She certainly had a full life.

    We have your family picture that Sandy and Armando took recently, and Aunt Rosie looked especially good in it.  You wouldn't have known she was so ill.

   Our sympathy goes out to all of you as I am sure that she will be sadly missed.

     
    



Laura and I will miss Oma. She was a fantastically kind and gentle lady. We always enjoyed our visits with her and Clive. I still recall her stories about Austria and traveling to the United States. 

One of the first times I met Oma was when Eric and I were doing yard work for her. I was grateful because she checked on us constantly to make sure we had plenty of water and were taking breaks. She was always looking out for other people. 

Please accept our condolences and know that Oma will always be in our hearts.






To all of Oma's family:

Thank you for sharing Oma with all of us.  We will miss hearing about her and seeing her ourselves.  She had such an eventful life - it was fascinating to listen to her.  I will miss her story telling.  

As a fun memory, I will miss seeing her in the passenger seat of the car, with Clive at the wheel, in her very hip, non-grandmotherly sunglasses.

     You have our deepest sympathy on the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother.
     She was a wonderful person and my favorite Aunt.  She opened her home to Debbie and Joe to stay there years ago for awhile.  She was always kind, considerate and fun to be around.  Although we didn't always live close I have fond memories of her when growing up with the family visits.
     She will be missed dearly, however she is at rest now and without pain.  It was hard when I talked with her over the phone to know how much pain and discomfort she was suffering.
     Clive, you have been a wonderful husband and caretaker.  You were a "special blessing" to her and her family in all that you did being by her side daily in the good times and bad to help her feel better.
     May God be with each and every one of you during this time of your loss and help bring you comfort.
