Ruben was born on May 13, 1960 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, Mexico to Pablo and Maria Isabel Medellin. He was the 6th oldest of 15 children, two preceded him in death.
Ruben married Maria Elena on November 7, 2020. Although their marriage was short, they lived happily together for the past 16 years. Ruben worked in construction as a mason for many years. He enjoyed spending quality time with family, watching sports, or working on some new project for his house. He was a loving and caring person, always putting others before himself, and always wearing that sensational smile.
Ruben leaves to cherish his loving memory his children, Samantha, Priscilla, Esmeralda, Ruben, Pamela, Miguel, and Ruben; his grandchildren, Maribel, Avery, Mariah, Eduardo, Enrique, Desiree, Angel, and Celine; and a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
