She was the youngest/baby of six children. Ruth was a retired sales coordinator for IBM and she enjoyed cross stich, cooking, gardening, reading and her loving family.
Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Chloa Weber and her three sisters Edith, Nina, and Peggy and one brother, Richard and one grandson, Chad.
She is survived by her husband, Hubert L. Kelley; Children, Terry Michael Freyer and wife Trish; Timothy Charles Freyer and wife Susan and Tonna Jo Hisey. Step children, Lee Scott Kelley and wife Taresa; Krispen Thielepape and husband Sam. Grandchildren, Christopher, Cassie, Cory, Nicole, Nathan, Alissa, Morgan, Joshua, Logan and Trevor and numerous loving Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service for Ruth will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, Texas 78750.
