

Sharon Kay Langston Anderson, born September 26, 1940 in Omaha, Nebraska, died Thursday May 6, 2004 at her home in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Bellaire High School in Houston, Texas in 1958, and she graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas in 1962. She worked for the head librarians office at the University of Texas at Austin in the 1960s. She was married on July 29, 1967 to James Coston Anderson at the Central Christian Church in Austin. They had two children, James C. Anderson, Jr., born 1971, and Molly Marshall Anderson born 1975, both in Austin. She loved children and animals, and was a kind gentle soul. She was preceded in death by her father, John W. Langston, brother, Dean Langston, nephew, Fred Head, Jr. Survivors include husband, James C. Anderson, Austin, TX, mother, Aileen Langston, Athens, TX, son Jim Anderson, Jr. and wife Tracy, San Antonio, and daughter Molly Anderson, Dallas, grandchildren, Caitlin Spence, San Antonio, TX and Langston James Anderson, San Antonio; brother, John R. Langston and wife Teresa, Pasadena; sister, Marsha L. Head, and husband Fred, Athens, brothers-in law, John William (Andy) Anderson and wife, Sue, Houston, Joe Anderson and wife Jackie, CA, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 3:00 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 9, 2004, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 10, 2004 at Central Christian Church.
